Refund Policy

1. The ebook (₹899)

The Social Authority Engine is delivered as an instant digital download immediately on successful payment. Because the file is accessible right away, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been issued, except where required by law or in case of a genuine technical failure (e.g. a corrupted file or a failed download that our team cannot resolve).

2. The curated plan add-on (₹1,999)

If you've paid for the curated plan but haven't yet had your strategy call, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled call to reschedule or cancel for a full refund of the add-on amount. Once the strategy call has taken place, the add-on is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

3. How to request a refund

Email sales@betterrwalls.com with your payment ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Note for the Betterrwalls team: your landing-page copy flagged this as needing explicit sign-off before publishing — the reference page's "100% money-back, no questions" guarantee is specific to a live, attended workshop and doesn't transfer cleanly to an instant digital download.
