When you buy the playbook, we collect the payment details Razorpay requires to process your transaction (we never see or store your card/UPI numbers). If you add the curated-plan option, we also collect the business information you enter — company name, your name and role, city/market, and a short description of your goals.
Payment information is used only to fulfil your order. Curated-plan answers are used only to prepare your plan and are shared internally within Betterrwalls to prepare for your strategy call — never sold or shared with outside parties.
If you book a strategy call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly and the event is added to Betterrwalls' calendar. Calendly's own privacy policy governs the scheduling data it processes.
Order and download records are retained for as long as needed to support your purchase (e.g. re-sending a lost download link).
